    Shipping costs are based on location and will vary for each customer based on their shipping address. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

    Yes we ship globally and do encourage international orders.

    Exchanges or site credits will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.

    RivingtonClub.com accepts all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  7. How long will it take for my package to arrive once it is shipped?

    Arrival time is based on a customers location. Most orders will be received within one week.

  8. Will I have to pay customs/duties charges if I am shipping to outside of the USA?

    Yes customs may be applied to international orders based on the Country of reception.

    All orders are double boxed and shipped with care. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS, and international orders are shipped via USPS.

  11. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

    All orders are shipped within one week of being placed.

    You can check the status and tracking of your order by logging into your account.

  13. Can I return a pair of shoes?

    We only accept exchanges and site credits, returns will only be processed for incorrectly shipped orders.
